The Energy-Efficient Dynamic Offloading Management System for Low-Carbon Green Mobile Network combines 5G and AI control technology to maximize network energy utilization efficiency. This system features advanced energy-saving base stations, dynamic energy-saving control, traffic & energy consumption prediction, network usage prediction and monitoring, server room energysaving scheduling, and multi-dimensional energy consumption data analysis and management. The system can predict future power consumption in real time, optimize renewable energy allocation, and establish high-efficiency green networks to enhance overall energy efficiency in telecommunications operations.

Applications & Benefits

Currently, ITRI has teamed up with Chunghwa Telecom to integrate network technology and field operation and cooperated with Compal Electronics to install Taiwan-made base station devices, jointly creating a green network testing field. The system supports the sustainable development of the communications industry and won the ESG Award at the 2024 ASOCIO DX Awards.
