工研院研發國內首套可結合V2X技術之eCall緊急事故通報與重建還原系統解決方案,透過車內動態感知技術,以即時偵測事故事件,並結合車用短距無線通訊技術(Wireless Access Vehicular Environments/Dedicated Short Range Communications;WAVE/DSRC),將事故事件進行即時廣播,透過車對車、車對路通訊即時交換資訊,讓環周車輛的用路人,即時掌握環周路況,減少不必要的意外發生。同時亦將事故車輛資訊即時回傳至後端系統,有效縮短後續救援時間;另一方面,後端系統亦可彙整來自車端與路側端的相關數據,提供事故重建還原應用服務。

特色與創新

可即時偵測車輛動態資訊,並主動感知異常事故事件,同時進行關鍵數據鎖定與回傳, 除有效縮短救援時間外,事故關鍵數據亦可作為後續事故責任釐清之佐證資料。

應用與效益

可應用於車輛行駛過程中,當意外事故發生時,系統可主動感知事件,並進行事故廣播與通報,同時將關鍵資料回傳至後端平台,以利事故重建與還原。
