環控生產系統技術開發

技術簡介

工研院整合光機電、精密環控、材料、生技與自動化等核心技術,與農業產學研單位合作,開發出最適化光源系統、先進立體栽培設施、病原體檢測系統、節能控制及自動監控系統,打造適合亞熱帶氣候的智慧溫室系統。

特色與創新

  • LED光源與環控系統應用於水耕栽培技術
    本技術針對溫室或封閉式建築之現場環境、栽培系統、環控設施以及植物所需光源特性提供最佳的客製化需求設計,可以減少外在氣候影響植物生長及收成,無栽培地區或季節區分,而可周年生產各式蔬果,且較傳統土耕方式節水90%以上。另以LED人工光源提供植物光照,調控最佳光譜與光強度,具有節電與高產能的效益。
  • 珊瑚人工環控培育技術
    本技術導入人工珊瑚繁養殖的環控培育技術與系統建置,調控珊瑚最佳環控養殖參數:光源(光譜、光強度)、水質(水流、水溫、鹽度)與養料。珊瑚原料透過生物萃取技術,可應用於生技、美妝、醫材等高附加價值產業,提升相關產業經濟產值。
