傳統的溫室監控系統需要電線布設與供電保護等設施,不僅占用空間、架設不便,建置成本也很高。工研院開發的溫室生長監控與栽培系統採用無線感測傳輸,可整合太陽能板進行電源供電,可簡化設施複雜度及降低成本,同時還能連結各種感測器,蒐集植物生長與環境資訊,配合植物生理所需條件,從遠端就能進行智能化監控與決策。

特色與創新

  • 高產量立體栽培技術
    本技術開發草莓立體栽培系統,立體栽培架構可提高單位面積的草莓栽培數量,並可延伸種植多種作物。以半開放式溫網室搭配局部降溫、遮陰、遮雨環控設施,可調節草莓產期並達到延長草莓產季的優勢,本系統具有高產量產出的能力,其產量為地面栽培的3倍以上。
  • 舞菇環控栽培技術與自動化生長監控技術
    舞菇具有抗癌、與增強免疫力效果,需高含氧與高濕度的栽培環境,本技術開發自動化溫室生長監控栽培系統與菇蕈自動化栽培系統,維持菇舍內部溫/濕度與有氣濃度均勻一致,並利用新型菇蕈栽培瓶可導入自動化生產技術,提升生產效益,相較既有太空包方式栽種可減少50%以上的人力,採收良率達90%以上。
