工研院已建立專屬植物化學與活性成分分離技術平台;研發團隊具備豐富的分析儀器操作經驗,專長於天然產物的萃取、分離、純化、理化性質、結構鑒定及多種化合物的管控研究,可以提供農業、化妝品、健康 食品、中草藥、植物藥等領域所需的臨床前研究及人體臨床試驗所需的銜接性樣品製備,協助業者進行後續藥理與毒理評估試驗。

特色與創新

設備儀器

  • 實驗室公克級製備:迴流萃取裝置、減壓濃縮機、層析純化裝置、桌上型凍乾機、液相/氣相 層析管柱分析儀器等。
  • 試量產公斤級製備:水相蒸煮濃縮裝置、管柱純化裝置、模擬流動床管柱層析設備、噴霧乾燥裝置、冷凍乾燥裝置等。

技術優勢

  • 具經驗之分離操作人員配合GMP認證品管分析實驗室及UPLC-MS/MS,NMR等儀器,可快速有效分離鑑定目標化合物(不須對照標準品)。
  • 樣品經前處理後配合連續式模擬流動床管柱層析設備可量產純物質化合物供毒理及藥理試驗使用。
