醫療應用之快速3D掃描建模方案。

工研院研發的快速3D掃描建模方案可應用於多種3D影像擷取裝置。其中結合自行開發設計的結構光3D掃描器,藉由投射特定圖紋影像至被掃描物件,即時取得的物件影像並轉換其表面特徵資料,在移動掃描瞬間完成取像與即時疊合成3D數據,使被測物體經掃描後,可以快速重建完整且細緻的3D全彩模型。

應用與效益

此掃瞄系統已成功應用於醫療及製造工廠,提供快速、數位化,及高精度的資訊,結合自行開發的資料編輯演算法,可協助應用現場進行完整的系統整合以達到最佳運行效率。

特色與創新

自行開發的掃描器、掃描演算法及編輯程式具有專利保護,可快速產生3D模型,並與多種應用結合。
