技術簡介

 脊椎X光影像量測與分析技術。
脊椎X光影像量測與分析技術。

脊椎手術通常由醫師以經驗評估狀況來進行手術規劃,但患者脊椎特徵各異,且缺乏可協助客觀評估之臨床輔助分析系統,導致手術成功率與術後效果不佳。

工研院導入人工智慧技術,藉由深度學習與量測演算法技術開發,蒐集術前與術後臨床影像,建立脊椎X光影像量測與分析技術,可針對腰椎前突角、骨盆入射角…等52個維度進行參數量測,及各椎節滑脫異常偵測,並模擬術後植入物效果,藉此協助醫師評估脊椎異常狀況,讓臨床診斷不再只有人工判讀,可提升臨床診療效率。

特色與創新

藉由深度學習與量測演算法技術開發,蒐集術前與術後臨床影像。可偵測各椎節滑脫異常,並模擬術後植入物效果。

應用與效益

此技術目前已提供慈濟、榮民總醫院等醫院測試使用,並獲臨床醫師肯定。
