手持式3D掃描器

技術簡介

3D Scanner市場逐步已成風潮,在眾多應用孕育而生之時,工研院的手持3D Scanner結合工業美學加值更臻產品質能,並榮獲2015 Reddot Award殊榮。

工研院研發的手持式3D掃描器採用自行研發之3D相機深度取像技術,藉由投射特定紅外線圖紋影像至被掃描物件,即時計算紅外線相機取得的物件影像,在移動掃描瞬間完成取像與即時疊合成單一筆的3D數據,使被測物體經掃描後,可以快速重建完整且細緻的3D全彩模型。

特色與創新

本產品外型輕巧手持,重量僅1Kg,掃描速度為10fps,經過即時影像疊合處理後,3D精準度可達到0.1mm。此技術可廣泛應用個人化3D模型製作與列印、個人化醫療、3D影像檢測、文物保存、數位典藏。
