技術簡介

 雨生紅球藻生技應用產品開發技術。

工研院利用原本造成溫室效應的二氧化碳,經過固碳轉換成可供生物代謝運用的有效碳源,並導入富含蝦紅素成分的雨生紅球藻等微藻養殖,成功將廢棄物變資源。

特色與創新

進一步以蝦紅素萃取核心技術進行微藻應用於生醫領域的蝦紅素醫美產品、保健食品及醫藥品等開發,除驗證蝦紅素原料及雨生紅球藻的抗老化效果、在阿茲海默症的神經保護、緩解視網膜病變等應用優勢之外。

應用與效益

結合花蓮當地特色素材,輔導廠商開發出紅藻馬告、紅藻蕎麥麵、紅藻七味粉等產品,以多元化的產品應用開發,成功協助傳統產業開拓新觸角,跨足綠經濟,善盡社會企業責任。
