低熔點聚酯材料

技術簡介

製鞋工業面對全球求新、求變、產品週期短、以及循環經濟議題等衝擊下,積極思考自動化生產與材料簡化,擬導入創新功能材料,符合快速生產與易回收的需求。符合循環經濟概念的易回收單一材質鞋款是品牌商的設計開發趨勢。根據產業需求,工研院開發聚酯低熔點材料及其熱熔紗線,可應用於一體成形編織鞋面生產,並符合單一材料產品設計概念。

特色與創新

  • 工研院開發之聚酯材質熱熔紗兼具低熔點與高纖維強度特性,纖維熔點低於110˚C,可縮短熱定型製程時間與能源消耗。
  • 相對於耐隆纖維,低熔點聚酯纖維除了低熔點、高強度、耐磨特性之外,更具有低黃變且與聚酯編織鞋面同材質,易於回收再利用,更符合循環經濟概念需求。

應用與效益

  • 工研院已建立低熔點聚酯專利與生產技術,包括共聚酯組成、試量聚合生產、高速紡絲、鞋面編織與熱定型加工驗證,突破聚酯熱熔紗材料機械性質不足及高速紡絲加工良率低等缺點,有助於國內聚酯與紡織產業高值化產品之開發品。
  • 全鞋回收與自動化生產是製鞋產業趨勢,台灣是全球最主要製鞋國家,低熔點聚酯纖維將有助於國內製鞋業者迎接產業趨勢挑戰與新機會。
