氫化技術於高值化耐油橡膠應用之一條龍發展

技術簡介

 工研院組成產業聯盟,協助耐油橡膠原料與製品產業搶攻車用零組件產業鏈的制高點。

為協助耐油橡膠產業(如油封、燃油管等)維持橡膠產業優勢、提升上游高附加價值原料之技術能量,以因應產業外移與削價競爭的挑戰,工研院建立功能性氫化丁腈橡膠試量產與噸級氫化操作平台,組成產業聯盟,整合氫化貴金屬觸媒循環產業鏈,由下游廠商產品需求(如提供高緯度或溫差大國家高速火車使用的廣溫型高價油封製品)逆向整合,切入橡膠精練與原料供應鏈等等作法。

應用與效益

帶動從上游石化大廠到終端製品廠商一條龍投入研發,協助耐油橡膠原料與製品產業搶攻車用零組件產業鏈的制高點,以推動高值化關鍵料源國產能力與聯結高值產業價值鏈。
