 高階工具機控制器技術。
高階工具機控制器技術。

高階工具機控制器以三系統(路徑)車銑複合控制技術與五軸同動控制技術為核心,結合全數位乙太網控制自動化技術(EtherCAT)伺服配套,協助工具機廠商導入,建構高階CNC 工具機。

特色與創新

高階車銑複合控制器結合乙太網控制自動化技術大馬力伺服模組,可協助業者建構航太級立式車削中心,跨入高附加價值的航太加工市場。同時開發高量產五軸控制技術,兼具刀具中心點(Tool Center Point, TCP)與刀具姿態控制(Tool Posture Control,TPC),並內建六軸關節機械手臂控制模組。

應用與效益

以Robot inside 高量產五軸控制器協助業者導入,建立千萬級高附加價值的五軸加工單元。
