水五金智慧化檢測技術

技術簡介

本技術運用氣壓偵測方式檢測,以可數化技術記錄測試結果,並使用大數據分析技術進行製程能力分析,可改善傳統檢測方式因人為判斷所造成之誤差,並整合上下料與供料自動化技術,來達到無人化檢測之目標,除可達成檢測數據標準化外並可改善傳統產業長期缺工之問題。
