車用後視鏡厚玻璃切割技術

技術簡介

工研院完成車用後視鏡(平面/曲面)直接進行雷射切割與分離之新設備技術開發,搭載自主長光刀引擎、分離取片技術、多軸運算雷射觸發卡,並整合超快雷射源,可根據不同曲率的3D成型玻璃與複雜之幾何形狀需求,進行多樣化的加工應用。

特色與創新

超快雷射搭載自主的景深可調光刀模組,可直接切割厚度3 釐米平面玻璃或2.5釐米特定曲率的3D熱彎曲面玻璃,相較於傳統CNC製程,具有更佳的加工效率與無水式之環保製程等優點。

應用與效益

已協助國內玻璃鏡片大廠以此技術建置雷射生產曲面後視鏡產線,不僅成功轉型升級為雷射加工車用鏡片廠商,更一舉搶進高端車鏡市場。
