工具機光刀化-雷射3D曲面複合加工技術

技術簡介

以雷射3D掃描光刀模組技術搭配雷射五軸CAD/CAM複合控制技術,可於曲面上進行紋理或圖案化精微加工,透過製程縫合接圖與數位分圖切層掃瞄加工技術,可於3D曲面上自由加工,適用於金屬模具咬花、精微雕刻、圖案製作等,具加工速度快、精度高、品質均一化、綠色環保等數位化加工優勢。

特色與創新

屬全數位化加工模式,製程程序縮減,人為干擾降低,具加工速度快、精度高、品質均一化優勢;解決傳統蝕刻咬花高汙染、低品質、高耗時問題。可與五軸工具機輕易整合,具複合加工優勢。掃描範圍:60x60x20mm;製程寬度:≦ 30 μm;製程深度:20~ 200 μm。

  • 模具產業:射出模具咬花(手機殼、NB殼、汽車內飾板件/方向盤);壓印模具咬花(手工具、鋼板輥輪、鞋模)、沖壓模具圖案化加工(鈕扣、拉鍊)。
