工研院開發關鍵高功率掃描加工模組,整合機械手臂與智慧控制平台,提供高自由度、高速、高精密度之智慧生產技術,透過擴大掃描加工範圍、精度、輕量化與長時加工高穩定性等關鍵加工製程特色,已成功導入鋰電池模組及殼板式熱交換器產線。

應用與效益

已協助國內電巴大廠設置動力鋰電池模組製造產線,同時建立雷銲示範場域,所採用的先進掃描式雷射銲接技術,比傳統點銲可提升產能10倍以上;另也協助熱交換器製造商導入國內第一台自主板殼式熱交換器雷射縫銲製程與設備,打入塑化集團供應鏈。
