R2R傳輸模組技術

技術簡介

針對軟性基板,發展卷對卷智動化循邊導正傳輸技術,提供高精度卷對卷製程如圖案化、對位貼合及雷射加工等。

  • 連續式基材寬度300mm~500mm。
  • 貼合壓力控制精度:±0.5kg(0~20kg)。
  • 傳輸循邊導正精度 ±40μm(@S<5m/min)。
  • 吸附輪拉力10kgf。

應用與效益

技術應用:軟性電子、軟性顯示器、超薄玻璃、太陽能光電傳輸。

應用實績包括:整合5家業者完成軟電設備整合性業界科專、完成國內首座應用於電子紙之量產化R2R四層膜貼合製程設備、連結國外大廠開發超薄玻璃R2R貼合及網印線、捲對捲CO2雷射鑽孔機收放捲模組等。
