3D列印材料晶控光引擎

技術簡介

工研院開發的3D列印材料晶控光引擎,可列印出內外韌硬度不同的金屬工件!有別於市面上只能列印一種材料強度的金屬3D列印設備,工研院開發的金屬3D列印設備搭載此雷射光學引擎,可即時動態調控材料凝固時的溫度變化及結晶特性,依照產品需求任意調控工件內外部需要的結構及所需的強度、硬度、韌性等機械性質。如渦輪葉片需要軸心表面耐磨耗,葉片須要高溫韌性,工研院的3D列印材料晶控光引擎可一次印出內硬外韌的渦輪葉片,此具專利的特殊光路技術,可大幅提昇產品的效能及使用壽命,應用於汽車、生醫骨科材料及航太零組件。
