隨著自動化工廠普及,人機互動的安全技術成為重要議題。工研院以創新的觸覺感測技術針對人機協作生產提供解決方案,以符合ISO TS15066國際規範的機械手臂安全皮膚, 實現人機協作並維持機械手臂高效能作業狀態,獲得多家國際知名機械手臂大廠合作。

特色與創新

此技術在安全感測產品上有重大突破外,更進一步研發第二代觸覺感測器- 觸覺教導環, 結合操作軟體,讓工程師用輕觸的方式教導機器手臂移動,使機器手臂感覺人機互動, 實現細膩動作。
