技術簡介

 全數位磁浮軸承控制。
全數位磁浮軸承控制。

工研院發展全數位高速主動式磁浮主軸總成技術,鎖定全球正處於起步階段的離心式冷媒壓縮機應用,建立整體技術之專利布局、設計、製造、應用鏈。

特色與創新

硬體技術包括主動式徑向與軸向磁浮軸承、高靈敏度與高線性度的位置感測器模組、雙DSP 數位控制器與五軸磁浮數位驅控電路等;軟體技術包括微米級轉軸位置校正、穩健控制策略、智慧人機監控介面等。全負載運轉通過ISO-14839-2,-3 之轉子振動軌跡精度與控制器靈敏度國際標準規範。

應用與效益

此技術榮獲經濟部第5屆國家產業創新獎之工業基礎技術深耕獎。工研院積極鏈結國內機、電、磁之上中下游產業,提升國際競爭力,協助臺灣成為全球第二個具有磁浮冰水機全自主技術與應用產品的國家。
