主動式低頻振動抑制阻尼系統技術

技術簡介

工具機加工顫振分為切削的高頻振動與結構自然頻率所產生的低頻振動,高頻的切削顫振可透過改變切削參數的方式迴避,而低頻振動採用改變參數迴避方法難度高,效果也不顯著。工研院研發之主動式阻尼技術,採用渦電流原理產生低頻反相振型,達到降低振幅的效果,結合加速規感測技術及智慧化控制運算核心技術,針對不同低頻振動頻率產生振動抑制效果,可應用頻率範圍20-120Hz,目前已與工具機業者進行實機驗證,平均低頻振幅可降低50%,有效提升加工表面品質及提高切削效率30% 以上。
