監控平台介面標準化傳輸暨可視化圖形控制技術

技術簡介

面對激烈的國際市場競爭,製造業者都有強烈意願要導入Smart Manufacturing,只是對於大多數業者來說,累積數十年運作的工廠設備,因各式、各年代並存,造成機台之間的資訊不易快速串聯,亦使得廠商在邁向Smart Manufacturing時遇到困難的第一步。

特色與創新

針對此一需求,資訊與通訊研究所提供監控平台介面標準化傳輸解決方案,以國際機台大廠遵循之工業通訊標準OPC UA(Open Platform Communication Unified Architecture)為基礎,為工廠內各式各樣的機台提供垂直與水平整合之解決方案,從底層設備到上層企業軟體皆以統一語言溝通,達到產線設備之資訊得以有效整合與擴展之效益。資通所同時開發了圖控技術,採雲端架構,並以場域編輯軟體保留客製化之彈性,讓製造業者可以快速建立可視化管理之中央平台。

工研院率先國內投入OPC UA解決方案,其優勢如下說明:

  • 支援OPC UA、legacy OPC、IEC 61131、IEC 61499協定之資料介接及傳輸管理。
  • 針對OPC UA進行加值,降低20%平均傳輸延遲時間及25%頻寬用量。
  • 針對Legacy設備提供符合OPC UA介面之外掛模組。
