技術簡介

 超快雷射玻璃銲接光引擎模組。
超快雷射玻璃銲接光引擎模組。

工研院開發雷射⾧光刀引擎包含光束長度可變切割模組與長度連續可變銲接模組,使雷射光束透過模組聚焦後,焦點處形成長度可變的線型光束並可無段式調整線型光束長度,搭配國產超快雷射源與波長轉換,使雷射長光刀能涵蓋所有待加工物的材料層中,一道次切割或銲接多層材料。

應用與效益

本技術可應用於車載面板、透明顯示器、感測器及5G異質整合等多層硬脆材料精微加工。
