碳纖維雷射切割技術

技術簡介

工研院開發CFRP雷射切割技術,以全國產本土化雷射加工設備、整合國內自有品牌4kW雷射源、國產自主雷射控制器及工研院自主研發雷射切頭,可依不同厚度與碳纖維排列方式之複雜幾何形狀需求,進行多樣化的加工應用。

特色與創新

相較於傳統機械加工製程,雷射加工具更低加工成本、更高加工效率與更低粉塵污染之特性;並針對雷射切割CFRP過程中有害性氣體衍生狀況,建置設備三重安全防護系統,確保加工過程安全。

應用與效益

以高精度、高生產效率、低汙染、數位化等特性,極適合應用於高值工業應用。
