技術簡介

 奈秒高能短脈衝雷射源。
奈秒高能短脈衝雷射源。

透過工研院自主設計之電路、光路、機構散熱三大系統,搭配獨有短脈衝MOPA光放大器技術,達到雷射脈衝峰值功率60000瓦等級,並可依不同材料加工彈性調變雷射重複率及脈衝寬度,實現一機涵蓋塑膠、陶瓷、金屬等工業加工用途。

可調製雷射重複率、脈衝寬度,並可針對材料客製化加工模式。

應用與效益

可一機多功可應用於金屬深雕、非金屬類雕刻、電路板雕刻、鋁打黑、金屬彩雕。
