五軸工具機在智慧製造中占有重要角色,工具機旋轉軸作為直接影響定位準確度的關鍵零組件,因此幾何誤差的規格扮演非常重要的角色。目前國內生產工具機旋轉軸時,所需要的幾何誤差量測能量頗為受限,使現階段的產品規格僅可到達角度定位誤差±10"、線性誤差±10 µm,與歐美大廠的工具機旋轉軸高階產品規格有顯著差異。

特色與創新

工研院以環形編碼器校正的概念,開發可攜式連續角度參考標準件(Portable Continuous Angle Standards;PoCAS),此參考標準件可消除旋轉軸組裝時所造成之偏心誤差,並於30分鐘內完成架設與量測,並提供角度定位及線性誤差量測功能,量測不確定度分別≤0.8"及≤3µm,優於現有量測設備。

應用與效益

透過工研院所提供之精密量測技術,可直接應用於產業界的生產過程中,滿足業者對組裝與品管所需的量測要求,也有助於提供五軸工具機高準確度的旋轉軸零組件。
