 4000瓦泵浦自主高功率雷射源。
4000瓦泵浦自主高功率雷射源。

雷射源是雷射加工設備中最主要的關鍵模組,臺灣每年進口超過200億元的雷射相關設備中,雷射源即占三成,顯示發展國產雷射源有產業發展與應用價值。工研院成功開發4000瓦(4 kW)泵浦自主高功率雷射源,採雷射泵浦(laser diode;LD)陣列技術,整合高能輸出光纖結合技術、熱流模擬與散熱整合設計及驅動與控制電路,產品設計同步導入國產雷射泵浦重要關鍵元件,搭配智能監控與訊號回饋技術,具即時功率檢測功能,在衰減10%時進行自動功率補償,維持功率穩定性。

應用與效益

此雷射源技術適用於雷射金屬銲接、熱處理,將協助國內高功率雷射加工設備關鍵雷射源自主化發展。
