卷對卷輕量化生產技術

技術簡介

創新設計的卷對卷設備與傳輸技術,將精密印刷技術導入觸控面板製程,以一台設備取代傳統圖案化濺鍍、塗佈到顯影、印製及蝕刻等七台機台,在薄膜或薄玻璃等各種基板上,以直接印刷方式(direct printing)進行導線製作,具有高效率、環保及大幅降低成本等優點。

特色與創新

軟性面板產品逐漸步上商業化軌道,軟性面板製程的核心技術需搭配材料、設備與製程相輔相成。工研院開發革新製程的Roll-to-Roll(R2R)輕量化生產技術,符合超薄可撓基板的輕、薄、大面積、節能環保製造需求,以新型觸控模組設計及設備整合驗證,建立卷對卷超薄觸控面板試量產平台,以及卷對卷整線設備基礎,提供產業完整解決方案。除了應用工研院自行開發的複合基板外,亦引進國際業者的關鍵技術,藉此建立與國際同步的先進細線寬技術(fine line線寬線距≦10µm),提升行動裝置產品競爭力、促成設備自主化,與協助新世代穿戴式產品供應鏈布局,在確立軟性面板量產性之後,啟動商業化量產。
