旋轉機械精度/動平衡量測系統

技術簡介

旋轉軸之旋轉精度、偏擺之控制之設備與組件品質、可靠度與振動噪音重要之參數,量測中心開發完成國內第一部整合動靜態且具完善追溯驗證之雙軸向高精度動態偏擺量測儀。

特色與創新

  • 最小解析精度:0.1 mm。
  • 重複量測精度:± 3 mm。
  • 轉速範圍:2000 RPM 至 12,000 RPM。
  • 最大偏擺量測範圍:2000 mm。
  • 可夾持待測件外徑:0.6 mm以上。
