六軸力/扭力感測模組

技術簡介

六軸力/扭力感測模組可即時監控機械手臂 end effector 的力量與扭力,透過即時的訊號回饋補償機械手臂加工之姿態與力道,以達到提昇機械手臂作動精度及加工品質之需求。

特色與創新

感測模組具專利性之解耦傳感結構設計,搭配內嵌數位化補償之多軸讀取電路及非線性校正演算技術,達到降低他軸耦合影響,提高感測精度。

  • IP65防水防塵等級。
  • 可客製化規格設計。

  • Force Range Fx/y/z: ±1000/±1000/±5000 N。
  • Torque Range Tx/y/z: ±50 Nm。
  • Size: Φ 110mm x H33mm。
  • Crosstalk < 2%。

應用與效益

本技術可應用於機械手臂,透過精密力/扭力訊號與即時反饋控制,改善產線組裝動作精度,協助機械手臂進行精微零組件之自動化精密組裝/插件/樣板測試/點膠等。
