技術簡介

 工業機器人控制器MIO(Motion Intelligence Orchestration)具備動態控制與精度提升功能,使機器人展現快穩準與最佳化運動軌跡性能,另整合視覺、力量等智慧感測與手眼力協調技術,增加製造生產線彈性化功能。

工研院開發3型7款工業用機器人(關節型:5款、SCARA:1款、Delta:1款),及3款運載機器人(荷重100公斤、200公斤、1,200公斤),提升了國產機器手臂自製率達80%、運載機器人自製率達95%以上。

工業機器人控制器MIO(Motion Intelligence Orchestration)具備動態控制與精度提升功能,使機器人展現快穩準與最佳化運動軌跡性能,另整合視覺、力量等智慧感測與手眼力協調技術,增加製造生產線彈性化功能。MIO控制器有經濟型、豪華型與網路型等3大產品系列,並有4大擴增模組(加工零件離線編程軟體模組、機器人精度提升軟體模組、視覺型手眼協調軟體模組、安全機器手臂皮膚感測模組)。
