技術簡介

 FluxMerge™薄型馬達技術利用磁力優化轉定子結構技術,將薄型馬達技術成功推展為動力系統應用,使400 W馬達由原先效率87.6%提升到90.2%,含減速機系統效率由35%提升至50%。
FluxMerge™薄型馬達技術利用磁力優化轉定子結構技術,將薄型馬達技術成功推展為動力系統應用,使400 W馬達由原先效率87.6%提升到90.2%,含減速機系統效率由35%提升至50%。

FluxMerge™薄型馬達技術在轉子和定子的設計中引入了3D氣隙結構設計,相較傳統的2D構形,改善氣隙的磁通密度使用效率,而產生近乎淨磁通量傳輸的低稀土薄型馬達。

應用與效益

這項技術可以推廣應用於驅動小型機構,如樓梯升降機,外骨骼機器人和複合動力汽車用的一體式啟動發電機。
