工研院機器人高精度校正技術

機器人自動化加工技術並未廣泛使用於航太加工產業,主要原因是其絕對精度在結構的特性、組裝過程中施加的力和負載引起的結構撓曲的影響下,遠遠超過航太製造產業所能接受的公差容許度(±0.25 mm)。

特色與創新

高精度校正技術:針對機械手臂在組裝或磨耗等情形所產生的精度偏差以最佳化識別技術進行補償,搭配ITRI eMIO控制器核心技術提升低荷重機械手臂的加工精度,使得其定位誤差能夠達到航太等級的±0.25mm。
