工研院自主精密雕刻用光纖雷射源技術開發,透過光機電整合高峰值電路與脈衝光纖雷射放大器達調控雷射脈衝寬度與擴展雷射脈衝重覆率,並搭配自動化2D對位技術輔助與可調式加工平台設計形成一光纖雷射雕刻系統,藉以最佳化之雕刻品質,達到精密雕刻之優勢。
