工研院與俄羅斯莫斯科動力學院合作開發高功率輪轂電機動力模組

工研院於2018年與俄羅斯國立研究型大學莫斯科動力學院(National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute, MPEI)簽約合作,開發大型電動車用高功率輪轂電機動力模組。由工研院提供車型尺寸、規格需求與傳動機構設計,莫斯科動力學院提供高功率密度電機設計技術。以緊湊的傳動機構設計、銅線繞線、耐高溫磁鐵與矽鋼片等技術,縮小傳動模組整體體積、提高系統功率密度,解決高功率輪轂電機因體積限制而產生的生熱問題。

工研院首度與莫斯科動力學院就機電領域進行跨國合作,成功設計出將傳動模組與電機整合於輪內的高功率輪轂電機動力模組,可應用於電動大客車、貨車等大型載具,相關設計技術也可應用於軌道車輛與特種工程車輛之研發。
