乾式厭氧醱酵產氣 廚餘發電新契機

臺灣平均每人一年的廚餘量約96公斤,與歐美並列,更是亞洲之最,如何去化,問題嚴重。工研院開發高氮、厭氧、脫氨系統之乾式醱酵技術,可將醱酵產生的沼氣輸送到發電機,生產綠電與熱能,不僅解決廢棄物堆置,還減少傳統堆肥惡臭及沼氣產生的溫室氣體,一舉數得。

這項技術適用於低氮(農林、果菜)及高氮(廚餘、禽畜糞渣、污泥)的生質料源廢棄物處理。屬分散式系統,能深入電力輸送不易的偏遠地區,幫助居民利用民生廢棄物發電,資源循環自給自足。以全臺的廚餘和固態有機廢棄物量,預估一年發電潛力高達69MW。目前已與業界合作,預計109年前完成國內首座乾式醱酵生質能廠,發電量300KW;並建立沼氣產量與存量APP,可遠端查看進料與發電數據。其他洽談合作單位,還包括臺南市政府、養菇業者、堆肥業者等。
