無軌式搬運車高定位精度技術

技術簡介

物流和倉儲是自動導引載具最常見用途之一,然而,無軌式導引載具的定位精度目前約為±15 mm,它仍然需要勞工或機器手臂的介入來精準地搬運。

特色與創新

  • 首創於輪廓型定位標誌上增加光學特徵,使定位精度由原本約±15 mm 提高至±2 mm。
  • 驅動模組、控制器、細部定位等關鍵技術自主開發。

應用與效益

  • 高定位精度可應用於輸送帶間之上下料,免除過往需要二次定位設備之速度效率與成本。
  • 全技術自主,國內廠商可在地掌握技術發展,並取代國外進口之關鍵模組。
