 隨機堆疊工件上下料與系統模擬技術
隨機堆疊工件上下料與系統模擬技術

  • 結合工研院之3D視覺感測器及3D物體比對技術,達成隨意堆疊工件的辨識與夾取上下料技術;搭配六軸機械手臂,可以一對多方式對工具機或加工機進行上下料。
  • 開發模擬軟體技術,進行製程與系統的模擬,解決傳統生產方式下無法應對多量少樣之瓶頸,達成快速建置以及準確分析之生產方式,滿足多元化生產需求。

特色與創新

  • Eye-in-hand 技術可補足3D感測器拍攝範圍有限的問題,特別是大型複雜工件,可從不同角度拍攝以降低死角。
  • 泛用3D物體比對技術,適用多樣性與少量生產產線。
  • 擬真模擬技術可反應真實的物理系統,如視覺雜訊的影響。
  • 機器人模擬技術,可協助使用者教導機器人,避免實際操作的風險並確保安全。

應用與效益

  • 已將此技術應用在國內業者生產線上,並技轉廠商可自行建立其他產線,可衍生應用在如汽車製造業、金屬製造業、自動化設備與系統整合業者等。
