 3D形貌建模之感測模組。

本技術展現結合多組3D形貌建模之感測模組,透過進行複雜加工件之3D建模與缺陷檢測,發展新一代3D彈性檢測系統,可搭配彈性取物系統達成即時全形貌檢測之目標。

特色與創新

  • 雙雷射掃描模組可避免傳統雷射測距的干涉與遮蔽問題,大幅提高立體工件掃描之穩定性與資料完整性。
  • 快速3D全形貌建模與缺陷檢測系統應用於高反光金屬件,可於取物過程中進行外觀缺陷/輪廓尺寸檢測,將NG元件剔除,並回饋至加工站。

應用與效益

  • 發展關鍵3D檢測核心模組,填補製造加工之檢測技術缺口,成功技轉國內業者達成線上3D檢測自動化之目標。
  • 可搭配CAD檔進行全尺寸檢測,無需定義個別檢測項目,並且提供關鍵座標資訊於後續精密量測系統,大幅減少檢測、量測時間。
