技術簡介

 棋盤格式AGV派車系統。
棋盤格式AGV派車系統。

多運載機器人作業系統已被廣泛運用於自動化物料處理系統中,然而對於多車同時運行之系統,如何建構後端管系統來解決車輛間之衝突(死結)為首要需解決問題。另一方面,國產化且具雙向運行功能之輕載型搬運車亦完成開發,包含單晶片控制器、磁感測模組與磁軌循跡驅動控制等關鍵模組技術皆已落實於實際案例中。

特色與創新

  • 後端即時管理系統:藉由無線傳輸,將每台搬運車之位置即時回傳後端管理系統,再由管理系統依當時條件狀態,即時統籌規劃行經路徑、速度、停靠時間等不同任務。
  • 輕載型AGV:整機系統與關鍵零組件國產自製,具雙向移動、原地旋轉功能,適合於狹小空間運行。

應用與效益

  • 汽車、醫材等業者 – 自動化物料搬運。
  • 自動化設備業者 – 電動拖板磁導引、低床式AGV、驅動磁導引模組整合。
