3D視覺機器人

3D視覺導引取料機器人可應用於散亂入料的產線上料、工具機上料、冷鍛上料,將原有仰賴人力進行重複性上下料動作工作,改以機器人進行,將人力自重複性低價值工作中解放出來。取放料工作亦可以與3D視覺檢測結合,透過提供全檢能力,提高機器人單元的附加價值。

特色與創新

透過3D深度視覺感測器,判斷任意姿態擺放的圓柱狀物件,導引機器手臂夾取。目前適用於套筒、馬達鐵芯、金屬扁圓錠原材。

應用與效益

  • 應用於東元電機組裝產線中上料機器人單元,無需人工將入料特別整列後入料,再進行產線上料作業,可免修改原作業流程,直接導入。
  • 針對未整列入料製造線,以往難以機器人進行自動上料,本成果可直接以取料機器人進行上料,可應用於汽車製造業、金屬製造業、物流業…等。
