超低電壓晶片技術

技術簡介

工研院開發的超低電壓晶片技術包含完整的設計流程和方法,以及多項低電壓低功耗電路模組,並在高效率抗變異設計、熱電低電壓啟動(LVS)、混和式Mesh時脈結構等層面有創新進展。

特色與創新

同時開發出具最大功率點追蹤功能之能源轉換晶片技術,在常溫下僅利用人體體溫與周遭環境溫度的微小差距,即可擷取能量並轉換為電能。

應用與效益

未來將可能供給指紋辨識門禁、隨身緊急照明、心電圖貼片、或偵測身體訊號的智慧衣等穿戴式裝置感測器所需的能源,極富發展潛力。
