小型基地台功率放大器晶片技術

技術簡介

為協助國內通訊上游元件產業掌握小型基站商機,進行各項小型基站通訊關鍵組件與智財的開發,包含天線、射頻收發晶片與本次展示的功率放大器。本功率放大器採用工研院自行開發的專利技術,於4G LTE band-41開發出PICO cell規格(27dBm, ACLR>47dBc)的功率放大器晶片模組原型,並成功整合於小型基站與手機進行通訊,為台灣邁向基站射頻晶片市場的第一步。

特色與創新

使用專利適應性偏壓電路之設計,實現媲美國際大廠規格的輸出功率、線性度與效率指標,並完成功率放大器晶片與封裝模組的整合開發。

應用與效益

功率放大器產品可應用於Pico cell與Femto cell等不同輸出功率之小型基站系統。
