技術簡介

本技術採用兩台相同規格之低溫室效應R1234ze(E)冷媒磁浮離心式壓縮機，進行雙壓並聯之450冷凍噸(USRT)級磁浮離心式冰水機系統設計。本系統設計內容包括構成雙段壓縮雙冷凍循環之熱交換組件、冷媒節流元件的選機以及系統結構設計。其中元件設計包含壓縮機性能、滿液式蒸發器、水冷式冷凝器、閃氣桶中壓節能器、第一段與第二段冷媒膨脹裝置的選機以及冷媒配管尺寸決定，最終分別以3D呈現系統之結構設計樣貌以及2D產出工程設計圖面。

Abstract

This technology employs two identical magnetic bearing centrifugal compressors using low GWP(Global Warming Potential) R1234ze(E) refrigerant to design a dual-compressor in parallel type centrifugal chiller system with a rated cooling capacity 450USRT. The system design contents include the selection of heat exchange components for a two-stage compressive refrigeration cycle, the selection of refrigerant throttling elements, and its system structural design. Where the component design contains compressor performance analysis, selection of flooded evaporator, water-cooled condenser, flash tank type economizers, the first and second-stage expansion devices and refrigerant pipe sizing. The final design presents the system’s structural appearance in 3D and produces 2D engineering design drawings.

Technical Specification

1. R1234ze(E) refrigerant, domestic dual-stage compression magnetic bearing centrifugal compressor with a rated cooling capacity of 250 USRT (range from 200 to 275 USRT), single unit selection performance CNS full load performance COP 7.1, AHRI integrated partial load performance IPLV≧11.00. 2. This dual-stage compression magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller system uses R1234ze(E) refrigerant as working fluid and has a rated cooling capacity of 450 USRT. It features a CNS full-load performance (COP) of 7.1 and an AHRI integrated partial-load performance (IPLV) ≥ 11.50. 3. Condenser: Water cooled shell-and-tube heat exchanger, cooling water inlet temperature 30.0±0.5℃, cooling water outlet temperature 35.0±0.5℃. 4. Evaporator: Water cooled refrigerant flooded heat exchanger, chilled water inlet temperature 12.0±0.5℃, chilled water outlet temperature 7.0±0.5℃. 5. Economizer: Flash tank type.

技術特色

應用GWP值為1之低溫室效應R1234ze(E)冷媒的雙段壓縮磁浮離心式冰水機系統產品，已導入國內場域進行示範商業運轉，應用場域包含商辦大樓建築空調、半導體廠房之無塵環控與製程冷卻，相較於傳統採用GWP達1,300之R134a冰水機年節電率50％以上、減少直接與間接碳排放量60％。
