技術簡介

無軸承磁浮泵，捨棄傳統易磨損並污染泵內流體的接觸式軸承，轉子由一堅固不易破裂的密封裝置包覆。透過磁懸浮的原理運用，轉子完全懸浮於包覆住自身的密封裝置不與其接觸，藉由側面的線圈繞組形成的磁場對轉子進行驅動。密封箱體由鐵氟龍製成，與轉子磁鐵一起構成一泵頭，並透過控制轉子轉速對流體流速和壓力進行控制。

Abstract

The bearingless magnetic levitation pump eliminates traditional contact bearings, which are prone to wear and contamination of the fluid inside the pump. The rotor is enclosed within a robust, shatter-resistant sealing device. Utilizing the principle of magnetic levitation, the rotor is completely suspended within the sealed enclosure without making contact. It is driven by a magnetic field generated by side-mounted coil windings. The sealed casing is made of Teflon and, together with the rotor magnet, forms the pump head. Fluid flow rate and pressure are controlled by adjusting the rotor’s rotational speed.

技術特色

無軸承磁浮泵無顆粒污染，有效解決傳統液體泵會有機械摩擦產生顆粒汙染液體的問題，可應用半導體化學機械平坦化(Chemical mechanical planarization, CMP)藥液輸送、高純度、血液等特殊液體輸送。
