技術簡介

輕撓式太陽光電模組，使用高透光低眩封裝材料，取代傳統太陽能模組的玻璃前板，模組輕量化，重量每米平方不到5公斤，相較於單玻模組減重超過20％，大幅提升太陽光電應用範圍。具有可彎曲，安裝簡單及重量輕等特性可應用於承重不足的老舊屋頂或大跨距的農電共生場域，更可廣泛應用於移動式電源，如露營車、救護車等，展現多元系統應用。

Abstract

The flexible silicon solar photovoltaic module uses high-transmittance and low-glare packaging materials to replace the glass front panel of the traditional solar module. The module is lightweight, weighing less than 5 kilograms per square meter. Compared with single-glass modules, the weight is reduced by more than 20％, greatly expanding the application range of solar photovoltaics. With its bendability, simple installation and light weight, it can be applied to old roofs with insufficient load-bearing capacity or large-span agricultural and electricity symbiosis fields, and can also be widely used in mobile power sources such as camping cars, ambulances, etc., showing a variety of system applications.

技術特色

以聚碳酸酯（polycarbonate, PC）為前板的單晶矽6X20輕撓式太陽光電模組，模組結構為PC/EPE/電池/EPE/PVF，模組尺寸為1,902x1,128x8mm，重量8.23kg/m2較同版型商規模組10.86kg/m2減輕24％ ≧ 20％，模組的絕緣電阻及濕漏電阻測試結果均大於21,452.41MΩ·m2 ，符合查核點大於 40 MΩ·m2的要求。
