技術簡介

本技術開發一套臥式空瓶自動輸送檢測線，針對回收空瓶尺寸多樣、瓶身透明度低及需進行多角度檢測等挑戰，提出自動旋轉與多點影像擷取的硬體設計方案。瓶子於輸送過程中可自動旋轉，結合感測器驅動之多攝影模組，實現瓶身360度及瓶口、瓶底的多角度影像擷取。設備採模組化設計，便於依不同瓶型、場域需求調整結構與拍攝點位置，能顯著提升回收檢測的效率與一致性。

Abstract

This technology develops a horizontal automatic conveyor inspection line for empty bottles, addressing challenges such as diverse bottle sizes, low transparency, and the need for multi-angle inspection. The hardware design integrates automatic bottle rotation during transportation and multi-point image capture modules driven by sensors, enabling 360-degree inspection of the bottle body as well as top and bottom areas. The system features a modular design, allowing flexible adjustment of structure and camera positions to accommodate various bottle types and field requirements, significantly improving inspection efficiency and consistency.
