Abstract

The systems are revolutionizing how retailers choose their locations. These systems not only integrate historical store opening analysis data but also leverage public big data and geospatial information to deeply analyze the demographics and household distribution around potential sites. Furthermore, they consider the competitive and collaborative relationships among surrounding retail outlets, ultimately building an AI site selection model to provide precise evaluation references for retailers. This solution integrates public open data and GIS to construct an AI-based automated retail store site selection model, reducing manual research time by 30％ and increasing site analysis capacity by 50％. Deep learning is used to forecast revenue potential, enabling efficient decision-making for retail site planning.
