技術簡介

醫護聲易通 MedBobi 是一款智慧型多國語言醫療助手，可提升醫療照護效率和品質。MedBobi系統利用先進的語音辨識技術，能夠自動生成初診病歷、護理紀錄、檢查報告以及會議記錄，大幅減少醫護人員的文書作業時間。系統具備多國語言語音辨識能力，特別是針對中英文醫療專業詞彙有極高的辨識率。此外，透過多模態影像辨識技術，MedBobi 能夠輔助疾病診斷，並提供診斷治療建議。 系統採用 RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) 技術，可整合病史、理學檢查等資訊，強化大型語言模型（LLM）的評估能力。 MedBobi 不僅能將非結構化資料轉換為結構化格式，還能結合檢驗結果生成易讀的病例報告，適用於醫院、診所、遠距醫療、醫療器材 商以及學術研究等領域，有助於降低人力成本、擴大服務範圍、提升產品競爭力，並最終提升醫療服務品質。

Abstract

MedBobi, the Smart Multilingual Medical Assistant, aims to improve healthcare efficiency and quality. This platform utilizes advanced speech recognition technology to automatically generate initial consultation records, nursing records, examination reports, and meeting minutes, significantly reducing administrative workload for healthcare personnel. The system featuresmultilingual speech recognition, with high accuracy for Chinese and English medical terminology. Additionally, through multimodal image recognition technology, MedBobi can assist in disease diagnosis and provide diagnostic and treatment recommendations. Employing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology, the system integrates medical history, physical exams, and other information to enhance the assessment capabilities of large language models (LLMs). MedBobi not only transforms unstructured data into structured formats but also generates easy-to-read descriptive reports by integrating examination results. It is applicable in hospitals, clinics, telemedicine, medical device manufacturing, and academic research, helping to reduce labor costs, expand service coverage, enhance product competitiveness, and ultimately improve the quality of healthcare services.
