技術簡介

‧已建置20家國產機器人與PCB相關設備、零組件、週邊之虛擬化資料庫(幾何、材質、碰撞、關節/I-O 標準化)，支援一鍵載入與版本管理 ‧完成5種高擬真虛擬感知模組(視覺、力覺、觸覺、體感/IMU、光達)，建立虛實訊號對映、時間同步與封包格式統一 ‧形成虛實校正 SOP(同步錄製→特徵比對→誤差擬合/補償→閉環驗證)，整體感測誤差10％(視覺模組之虛實誤差1.78％)，可直接支援導入前之高擬真驗證

Abstract

‧It has established a virtualized database (geometry, material, collision, joint/I-O standardization) for 20 domestic robots and PCB-related equipment, components, and peripherals, supporting one-click loading and version management ‧Complete 5 high-fidelity virtual perception modules (vision, force sense, touch, somatosensory/IMU, LiDAR) to establish virtual and real signal mapping, time synchronization, and packet format unification ‧It forms a virtual and real correction SOP (synchronous recording→ feature matching→ error fitting/compensation→ closed-loop verification), with an overall sensing error of 10％ (virtual and real error of the vision module 1.78％), which can directly support high-fidelity verification before implementation
